8 Cambridge St. North
Lindsay Ontario - K9V 4C3
8 Cambridge Street North was built in 1868 by C.L. Baker, a prominent businessman originally from Quebec. The building was originally home to the Lindsay Packing House. It was also used as a granary and later as a pool hall. Special care has been taken to preserve the brick and beam structure, while providing modern amenities for our guests.
It is our goal to support our local farmers, businesses and suppliers as we strive to provide uniquely crafted Ontario beer and delicious food made with locally sourced ingredients.
The entire team at the Pie Eyed Monk Brewery is grateful for all the community support throughout this incredible journey. The City of Kawartha Lakes is truly an incredible place to live and we are fortunate to be a part of the dynamic collection of local businesses, civic leaders, residents and visitors.
